Here we have chance to see the biggest Hydroelectric Plant in Vietnam, that was built with the help of the Soviet Union in 1979 - 1994. The electricity generation is the main source for a transmission line running North to South and supplying places as far as the Mekong delta. It depends on the water level of the lake we may take 1,5 hour boat trip along the lake then we will have short visit the Muong Ethnic Minority village. We will meet the localities with their daily life and characteristic of the Muong Culture; like how to welcome visitors (before and after visitor’s come), how to invite visitor take tea or alcohol and so on.
